Where changes are material, 4dbeli will notify registered Users by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for security, legal, or regulatory reasons. Your continued use of the 4dbeli platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 4dbeli holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals of that jurisdiction.
